“Por que eu fiz isso?” Quem nunca pensou??

Pois é… eu me lembro que, como eu não gosto do objeto televisão, encontrar um móvel que esconde o aparelho num compartimento fechado foi um ótimo achado mas… eu NEM TENHO televisão!!! Nem mesmo depois de um ano tendo lugar para guardá-la! Então resolvi improvisar um bar dentro daquele lugar e estou aproveitando muito mais hehe.

Já que um bar não é só uma garagem de garrafas… o que faz a diferença são os outros objetos além das garrafas. No meu caso, um mini abajur, que de noite faz o vidro das garrafas brilharem e acentua a cor das bebidas, um grande poster com muita gente feliz dançando tango numa praça pública e uma bandeja de espelho herdada da minha avó com copos de whisky (os meus são ovais embaixo,o que é super confortável na mão, mas redondo encima pra bebida correr normalmente, da Interio).

Entre as garrafas, a minha favorita é a de uma vodka russa que eu trouxe de Helsinki: a parte da frente tem uma moldura vazia mas, na perspectiva correta, o portrait estampado no fundo da garrafa se encaixa perfeitamente ali dentro. Enquanto eu estiver conseguindo ver o efeito com facilidade, é sinal que não bebi demais!! 😉

“Why did I do this?” Who never thought that??

So… I remember that, since I don’t like TV sets, it seemed great to find a piece of furniture that hides the set in a closed compartment but… I don’t EVEN HAVE a TV!!! Not even after one year with this special place to hide it in! That’s why I decided to improvise a bar inside there and I think I’m having much more fun with my choice hehe.

Since having a bar is somethinh else than just a “bottle’s garage”, what makes the diference are the other objects beyond the bottles. In my case, a mini lamp that makes the bottles shine at night and shows off the colours of diferent liquors, a huge poster full of happy people dancing tango in a public square and an old mirror tray inherited from my grand mother with some whisky glasses (mine are oval at the bottom, which is super confortable to hold in the hand but round in the upper part so the drink rolls nicely, from Interio).

My favorite bottle is that from a russian vodka I brought from Helsinki: the front shows empty frames but, in the right perspective, the portrait stamped in the back side fits perfectly in it. As long as I can see the effect without effort it’s a sign I didn’t drink too much!! 😉
