Algumas pessoas me perguntam se eu não me canso de mudar as coisas na casa ou se eu tenho uma casa gigante pra ficar fazendo tantos cantinhos. Nem uma coisa nem outra! Meu apartamento é ótimo mas nem é grande… e eu não me canso não. Pelo contrário, me divirto muuuuuuuuito com tudo isso!!

E é sobre isso mesmo o post de hoje: Diversão!!! Outras pessoas podem ter outros objetivos quando decoram suas casas mas eu quero mesmo é me divertir. Gosto de ver coisas bonitas e, mais importante ainda, coisas que me deixam feliz! Por isso, às vezes elas nem são tão bonitas mas me dizem algo, ou trazem uma lembrança querida. De uma maneira ou de outra, tudo o que está em casa desperta um sentimento e é pensando nisso que eu tomo muito cuidado antes de julgar o que vejo na casa dos outros, nem tudo é do meu gosto, claro, mas falar que algo que outra pessoa gosta a ponto de por em sua casa seja feio é perigoso, pode ferir… e machucar alguém é sempre desnecessário.

Bom, voltando ao assunto… diversão!! Eu tenho em casa várias coisinhas que estão na categoria “surpresa” e a função delas é, simplesmente, por um sorriso no rosto de quem entra na minha casa (e no meu próprio hehe). Assim, eu me lembro todo dia que nada disso (nem a decoração nem eu mesmo) deve ser levado a sério demais e o importante é sorrir 🙂 porque a vida… é uma piada!

Some people ask me if I don’t get tired by changing things so often at home or if I live in such a big house where I can make so many cozy corners. Both wrong! My pad is great but not that big… and I do not get tired at all. On the contrary, I have a loooooooot of fun with all this!!

And the post today is exactly about this: Having fun!!!

Other people may have diferent intentions when decorating their homes but what I want is to have fun. I enjoy seeing beautifull things and, more than that, things that make me happy! That’s why sometimes I don’t care about having pretty things but things that say something to me, or evoke a dear remembrance. Somehow, everything at home evokes a certain feeling and I always think very carefully about this before I say anything about what I see at someone else’s home. Not everything follows my taste, of course, but it can be tricky to talk about things other people enjoy. If they choose to have that around them at home, they might love it, so saying something bad  may hurt… and hurting someone is always totally unnecessary.

Anyway, coming back to my subject… having fun! I have at home many litlle things that belong to the category “surprise” and their purpose here is simply to put a smile in the face of everybody who enters my pad (and my own too hehe). This way I get reminded every day that nothing of all this (either decoration or even myself) might be taken too seriously and what really counts is to smile 🙂 because life… is such a joke!
